Once one or both partners feel like they have clarity and commitment to the decision to separate or divorce, we work to structure the divorce or separation in a way that prioritizes peace, boundaries, and co-parenting (if children are present). We can provide you with referrals for mediators that will work to empower you both to collaboratively and private manage your custody and division of assets. After divorce, Family Restructuring is a service we offer to help families transition from the focus being on a married couple with children, into aligned co-parents.
