"Why now?" is a question to consider when beginning therapy. Sometimes it is due to grief and tragedy; other times it may be at joyous, yet stressful times in life. For example major life transitions including: leaving for college, getting married, having children, or changing careers. Sometimes feelings of stagnation, anxiety, or depression are the motivating force behind your decision. Whatever it is, I'm glad you're here and I'm excited to begin the journey with you.
